Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and author who won several prizes. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 1972 are among her most well-known films. Born and raised in a family of artists in New York she wished to be a part of the art. After working as a photographer's assistant She turned her focus to modeling and acting. She won an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 as a promising actor. MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned her fame worldwide, as well an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, MacGraw was declared the most successful female at the box office in history. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater recorded her signature, hand-prints and foot prints in 1972. In addition to The Getaway Convoy Players she also starred in the television series The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography, came out. MacGraw has been married 3 times.
