Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting up new goals. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. In October 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no goals. The athlete was satisfied about her position. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel likes to focus specifically on the back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows that use single arm lat pull downs. First, she warms up prior to moving onto working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. The way she achieves this is to superset her back exercises. Four or three supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
