Annmarie has over 30 years of experience working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of executives to meet business goals, especially in periods of fast change and growth. As a consultant in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is extremely passionate about learning, and believes that developing team and leadership as the key competitive advantages. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders and coaching them with evidence-based success. These experiences helped develop an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt.
